First, make sure you are signed out of your personal Gmail account
go to: gmail.com
if your SKC email account is not listed click on "Use another account"
Enter your username
Click on "Forgot Password"
Follow the prompts to receive a verification code
If you get an error because your SKC employee email account does not meet the 2-factor authentication requirements, you will have to create a new Help Desk ticket here - helpdesk.skc.edu/new/
